A.No.5357 of 2024 has been filed to reopen the Petitioner's side evidence to enable the Applicant/Respondent to cross examine PW1 in O.P.No.77 of 2023.

2.A.No.5358 of 2024 has been filed to recall and re-examine the PW1 and consequently permit the Applicant/Respondent to cross examine PW1 in O.P.No.77 of 2023.

3.A.No.5359 of 2024 has been filed to receive the documents mentioned above on the side of Applicant/Respondent in O.P.No.77 of 2023.

4.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Applications and the submission made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, in the interest of justice, these Applications are ordered as prayed for, on condition that the Applicant pays a sum of Rs.3,000/- to the learned counsel for the Respondents.

Post the matter before the learned Master (main) on 18.11.2024 for recording evidence.

PW1 is required to be appear before the learned Master (main) for cross examination. The cross examination of PW1 should be completed on the following dates, viz., 18.11.2024, 19.11.2024, 25.11.2024 & 26.11.2024. No further adjournment will be granted.

2.After recording evidence, the matter may be listed before this Court.
