ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of FIR in Crime No.247 of 2018 on the file of the respondent No.1 police station and quash the same as illegal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed in C.C.No.203 of 2020 before XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition.
