This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 296, 115, 351 of BNS Act, 2023 and Section. 4 of Women Harassment act in Crime No.Not Known of 2024, on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) represented that no FIR has been registered as against the petitioner and the enquiry was conducted on the basis of complaint given by the defacto-complainant and the petitioner was not harassed during the enquiry.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
