(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.R.Prabakar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs.S.R.Sumathy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent 1 and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 2 to 4.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that encroachment exists on the public highway.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the first respondent that the first respondent would inspect the land and if encroachment is found, necessary steps, in accordance with law, would be undertaken for the removal of the encroachment expeditiously.
