Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner, however, it is submitted by the the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent that the case itself was disposed on 20.11.2017 before the Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal in C.C.N0.69 of 2017, hence nothing survives in this matter.

Recording the same, the criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
