3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 192 days in filing the above appeal in A.S.Sr.No.137722 of 2022 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order. Registry shall print the name of the learned counsel for the respondent in the cause list when the appeal is listed for hearing.
