The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the the Respondent to consider the representation dated 06.08.2019 made by the Petitioner for waiver of interest for loan availed from the Respondent.

Learned Counsel for the appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, states that the Respondent by letter No. TIIC/TMB/ FU/2019-20 dated 09.11.2019 has required the Petitioner to submit the duly filled OTS application along with down payment and processing fee with GST within 10 days from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

date of receipt of copy of that letter, and if the same is submitted, necessary action would be taken. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter on account of the aforesaid subsequent events. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to him to work out his remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
