ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No. 17 of 2013 on the file the Hon'ble Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore, and charge sheeted for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 406 and 420 of I.P.C., and Section 5 of Tamilnadu Protection of Interests of Depositors Act, 1997.

2. The Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the prosecution have examined all the witnesses and closed their evidence. 313 questioning also over and the matter is posted for questioning under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. Therefore, at this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stage, the quash petition cannot be entertained. However, the Special court under TNPID, is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
