Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd Respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka. No.759/2004/A3 dated 12.05.2004 published in Dina Thanthi on 14.05.2004 and quash the same and directing the Respondent herein to renew the lease period from 01.04.2004 to 31.03.2007 with 15% increase in rent in respect of the petitioner's shop No.34 in the new bus stand, Hosur. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the order passed by the 2nd Respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka. No.759/2004/A3 dated 12.05.2004 published in Dina Thanthi on 14.05.2004 and quash the same and directing the Respondent herein to renew the lease period from 01.04.2004 to 31.03.2007 with 15% increase in rent in respect of the petitioner's shop No.34 in the new bus stand, Hosur.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the period in question in respect of the relief sought for is already over and nothing survives in this writ petition. If the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
running the shop, it is open to the respondents to evict him forthwith. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
