ORDER
This Writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue 'site visit certificate' to the petitioner as per the application submitted by the petitioner on 11.08.2025 in order to participate in the auction through on-line on 20.08.2025 pursuant to the tender notice dated 29.07.2025 issued by the respondents.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instructions received from the 2nd respondent. It is stated that the site inspection will be made and
the work site visit certificate will be issued on receipt of confirmation report from the Assistant Executive Engineer, P.W.D, Buildings C&M Sub Division, Tiruttani. The inspection is going to be conducted by the Assistant Executive Engineer today. 3.
Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
