This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 53 days in filing the writ appeal.

Learned counsel for the first respondent has not raised any objection to allow this petition.

Mr.Manjunath Karthikeyan, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalath on behalf of second and third respondent and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, we inclined to condone the delay.
