Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the second respondent herein in his R.O.No.101/2008, C.No.B2/6580/2008 dated 13.05.2008 placing the petitioner under suspension and the consequential order passed by the second respondent herein in his R.O.No.126/2008, C.No.B2/6580/2008 dated 24.06.2008 not allowing the petitioner to retire from service on attaining the age of superannuation and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent herein to allow the petitioner to retire from service with effect from 30.06.2008 with all retirement and other consequential monetary benefits.
