PRAYER:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent 1 and 2 to not to include the petitioner name in the history sheet in pertain to maintain the case records on the file of the 3rd respondent.

O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present writ petition cannot be maintained since opening of a history sheet is based on various factors and this Court will not be justified in granting a blanket order to refrain the respondents from opening a history sheet against the petitioner herein.

2.Nevertheless, if the petitioner is aggrieved against opening of a history sheet in future against him, it is always open to him to challenge the same in manner known to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.With these observations, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
