Crl.M.P.No.17608 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.17608 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.26435 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioners 2 to 5 shall stay at Thoothukudi and report before the Inspector of Police, Thoothukudi South Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.26435 of 2022 by order dated 01.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions from 13.11.2022.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26435 of 2022 by an order dated 01.11.2022, is modified to the effect that all the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
