This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No.8(a) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.17258 of 2024 vide order dated 31.07.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, had directed the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- to the credit of crime number. The learned counsel submitted that both the petitioners are college students and hailing from poor family and thereby, they could not comply with the said condition. Hence, the present petition is filed seeking modification of the said condition.

3. Heard, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition in respect of deposit amount alone is concerned.

5. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to jointly deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) to the credit of crime number instead of Rs.30,000/-, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The other conditions shall remain intact.
