ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to give police protection to the petitioner to fence his property as per patta https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
No.1818 to the extent of Ac.0.22 cents in S.F. No.36/1 in the village of Palavakkam No.142 in Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has filed this petition to direct the first respondent to give police protection to the petitioner to fence his property. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
3. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
