The petitioner/A1 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 of IPC in Crime No.321 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is stated that there are totally three accused. All the three accused had waylaid the defacto complainant and attacked him with iron rods. It is also stated that there are five previous cases as against the petitioner herein. It is stated that A2 and A3 will have to be identified. 3.In view of the fact that A2 and A3 will have to be identified, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein.
