ORDER

This Petition had been filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to the 2nd to 5th respondents/accused 1 to 4 vide order dated 11.09.2024 in Crl.M.P.No. 3471 of 2024 passed by the learned Principal Session Judge, Krishnagiri.

2. Since the bail was granted by the learned Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, it is appropriate to direct the petitioner to approach the same Court for cancellation of bail on the ground of non compliance of conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, for appropriate orders in accordance with law.

3. With the above said observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
