O R D E R

The Contempt Petition has been filed against the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order of the Hon'ble Court made in W.P.No.30038 of 2018 dated 12.10.2022. The Writ Miscellaneous Petition in W.M.P.No33149 of 2023 has been filed to clarify the order dated

12.10.2022 passed in W.P.No.30038 of 2018.

2. Once the selection has been found to be in violation of the Government Policy and such selection was quashed by this Court, it is needless to state that the authorities are bound to conduct a fresh selection by issuing necessary notification in accordance with the Government Policy. Therefore, the respondents are directed to conduct fresh selection for the post of Anganwadi Worker at Kizhsanthampatti Anganwadi Centre, Mathur, Krishnagiri District. The said exercise is directed to be completed as expeditiously as possible.

3. With these clarifications, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition in W.M.P.No.33149 of 2023 in W.P.No.30038 of 2018 stands disposed of. In view of the clarification, no further adjudication is required in the Contempt Petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
