The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner/accused on bail in the event of arrest by the respondent police in Crime No.43 of 2022 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. Despite, the several opportunities given by this Court, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the earlier occasions and even today, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
