ORDER

The present application has been filed to grant the applicant/ plaintiff herein leave to sue the respondents/ defendants 1, 2, 14, 22, 24, 29, 31, 34, 35, 36, 38, 40 and 42.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the defendants/ Society registered Office is within the jurisdiction of this Court and are also functioning within the jurisdiction of this Court https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3.Considering the above submissions and examining the draft plaint and the affidavit filed in support of this Application, I am satisfied that this Court has jurisdiction to try the present suit since the defendants/ Society are functioning within the jurisdiction of this Court. Consequently, A.No.4090 of 2025 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to to sue the respondents/ defendants 1, 2, 14, 22, 24, 29, 31, 34, 35, 36, 38, 40 and 42 before this Court.
