The Writ Petition has been filed for forbearing the Respondents from declaring the post of B.T. Assistant (Science) Teacher in Sandaipet Municipal Middle School under Dharmapuri Municipal Unit as surplus teacher without proper declaration of surplus post in B.T. Assistant cadre in Sandaipet Municipal Middle School and to consequently direct the Respondents not to re-deploy the Petitioner from the post of B.T. Assistant (Science) in Annasagaram Municipal Middle School, Dharmapuri.

2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that by efflux of time, the relief sought in this Writ Petition does not remain for consideration, and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

3. In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
