This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14455 of 2023 dated 03.07.2023 viz 'the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, on every monday at 10.30 a.m., before the concerned Court till the date of the committal and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
