Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent university to call the petitioner for interview based on his application dated 31.01.2025 for promotion to the post of Professor under the Career Advancement Scheme, 2025 which is to be held on 20.08.2025 & 21.08.2025 and promote him accordingly with all attendant monetary and service benefits.
