The petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting daily at 10.30 am until further orders before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Dharmapuri as imposed by this Court by order dated 09.08.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.19296 of 2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
