The petition has been filed to relax the bail condition Crl.O.P.No.19266 of 2024 on 09.08.2024 with condition that the petitioner shall report before the District Mahila Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruvallur Daily at 10.30 am until further order in the above Cr.No.20 of 2024 on the file of the respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
