When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel on either side submitted that the respondents have paid an amount of Rs.6,73,302/-, Rs.3,88,037/- & Rs.91,907/- through Cheque Nos.951445, 327986 & 053507 respectively, dated 29.01.2025, towards the arrears of wages and other benefits for which the petitioner is entitled. The pension payment order bearing PPO No.A15438 Poonamallee Depot, was also issued, sanctioning a pension for an amount of Rs.11,858/-, and the same would be credited to the account of the petitioner on 05.02.2025.

In view of the same, this Court is convinced that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
