This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time for appearance and execution of sureties for Rs.10,000/- before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur, in Crl.OP.No.20620 of 2023, by an order dated 12.9.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended till 10.11.2023, to comply the condition as directed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.20620 of 2023, dated 12.9.2023, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
