This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for committing contempt of the order dated 21.06.2019 in Crl.OP.No.11937 of 2019.

2.Mr.S.Sekar Singh, Inspector of Police, Mylapore, was present at the time of hearing through video conferencing. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the accused person was arrested on 27.11.2020 and he was remanded to judicial custody by the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this contempt petition is closed.
