This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 188 days in filing the petition to restore the First Appeal in A.S.No.297 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and after hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered accordingly.
