This petition is filed to pass an order restoring the above First Appeal in A.S.No.297 of 2015 to file by setting aside the order of dismissal for non-prosecution dated 11.04.2022 passed in A.S.No.297 of 2015.

2. Being satisfied in the reasons stated in the affidavit this petition is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to restore the A.S and list the same after three weeks.
