This petition is filed to condone the delay of 78 days in filing the above C.M.A.SR.No.130346 of 2023.

2.Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the insurance company had filed C.M.A.No.1920 of 2023 through Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam, learned counsel. 3.Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam, the learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.

4.Since the first respondent remained ex parte before the Tribunal, notice to the first respondent is dispensed with. 5.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition stands allowed. 6.The Registry is directed to print the name of the learned counsel for the second respondent in the cause list. 7.It is underscored that in the eventuality of the appellant succeeding in the appeal to be taken on record, he would not be entitled to any interest for 78 days.
