This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A5 to enlarge him on bail in the event of his arrest by the respondent police in Crime No.691 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner/A5 had been taken into custody by the respondent police.

3. In such circumstances, nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
