The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.973 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offence under Sections 399 IPC.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in Crime No.973 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offence under Sections 399 IPC. Thus, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
3. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that two accused persons were found in possession of deadly weapons on 28.09.2023. A1 and A2 had been taken into custody. Thus, he prayed for dismissal of this petition.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
