This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of time to complete the arbitration proceedings.

2. Heard Ms.R.Nandhini, learned counsel for applicants and Mr.B.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel for respondent.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the proceedings are now at the stage of filing written arguments and passing of the final award.

4. In view of the above, time is extended for a period of three
