This petition is filed to condone the delay of 17 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3.Mr.M.Deivanandam, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has got objection in condoning the delay for the reason that the cheque is of the year 2017 and it is almost six years from the date of the cheque, the respondent/complainant is yet to see the colour of the coin. Further submitted that the petitioner is filing one petition or other to drag on the case. Hence, he opposed this petition.

4.Considering the fact, the revision itself can be taken up for final hearing within a short period. Accordingly, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.

5.Both counsel are directed to be ready for final disposal of the case. The learned counsel for the petitioner served copies to the learned counsel for respondent.
