This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.188 of 2016 dated 20.03.2016 within time limit framed by this Court of any order or direction this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a closure report has been filed as "mistake of fact" before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham on 25.06.2016 in RCS No.11 of 2016.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
