In the main writ petition the 5th respondent was one C.Egambaram, since he deceased, his legal heirs had filed this miscellaneous petition to implead themselves as respondents in the main writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

3. Since this petition has been filed by the legal heirs of the 5th respondent in the writ petition, who has been shown as the 6th respondent in this petition, this Court is inclined to accept this prayer, accordingly it is ordered.
