Prayer in both Writ Petitions: Writ petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents or their men, agents from interfering with the peaceful conduct of business i.e., cross massage in the name and style of "Akruthi Wellness Centre", situated at No.2, TVS Partsmart, First Floor, Kavinithi Complex, A.Reddihalli Village, Dharmapuri-Pennagaram Road, Dharmapuri, Dharmapuri District 636 809 and cross massage in the name and style of "Relax Ayurvedic SPA" situated at Plot No.66 & 71, 3rd Floor, Annamalai Nagar, Near Bajaj Showroom, Old Bus Stand, Hosur, Krishnagiri District 635 109.

2. The petitioners/Massage Centres have got qualified and trained therapist who are giving massage therapy to the people coming thereon. There is no immoral activities conducted in the petitioners' Centre. However, the respondent authorities frequently inspect the premises and interfere with their business. In this regard, the petitioners / Massage Centres have given a representation dated 07.11.2022 to the respondents. However no steps have been taken on the said representation. Hence, these Writ Petitions.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the alleged representation dated 07.11.2022 will be considered in accordance with law.

4. Considering the submissions made by both sides, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners on 07.11.2022 and do the needful in accordance with law within a period of 3/6

three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
