Crl.M.P.Nos.17627 & 17628 of 2022 Crl.M.P.Nos.17627 & 17628 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.Nos.21012 and 21180 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., These petitions have been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.Nos.21012 and 21180 of 2022 by common order dated 14.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.21012 and 21180 of 2022 by common order dated 14.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
