This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12656 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14070 of 2023 dated 22.8.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P. No.12656 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14070 of 2023 dated 22.8.2023, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.

No.12656 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14070 of 2023 dated 22.8.2023, is relaxed.

However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
