ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to permit the petitioners to open the petitioners' tiny cottage Yarn Twisting/doubling unit in SF.No.70/3D1 Urachikottai Village, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District upon the grant of running license/licenses by the third respondent by considering the petitioners' representations dated 12.08.2024, 31.08.2024. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ 2/5

petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 12.08.2024 and 31.08.2024 seeking running licence for their tiny cottage yarn twisting/doubling unit situated in SF.No.70/3D1 Urachikottai Village, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District and, after issuing notice to the petitioners and the counter parties i.e. the petitioners in WP.No.32319 of 2022 and giving personal opportunity of hearing to them, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
