They have no objection to the disposal of this Writ Petition, even at the stage of admission, considering the short relief sought.

The petitioner seeks a mandamus directing R1, being the Commissioner, Greater Chennai Corporation and R2, being the Managing Director, Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2021 seeking revision of property tax in regard to the property at Survey No.113-1A2A at Kadirvedu Village, Ambattur 2/4

Taluk, Tiruvellore District.

3. Since, learned counsel for R1 is uncertain as to whether representation dated 04.01.2021 has, in fact, been received by R1, she would request that the petitioner will file a fresh representation, if so inclined, seeking the same relief.

4. In such circumstances, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before R1 and such representation if filed within a period of four (4) weeks from today, shall be considered and disposed by R1, after hearing the petitioner within a period of four (4) thereafter.
