The writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to hold enquiry with respondents 3 & 4, in the presence of petitioner on the issue of forged R.C. Book in respect of vehicle No.TN-22 CC-3015 and consequently take suitable action against them.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.614 of 2016 and thereafter, the same was closed. Therefore, nonthing survive in this petition. 3.

Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
