This petition has been filed to modify the anticipatory bail condition Para No.6.[b] imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21454 of 2023 dated 21.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the order dated 21.09.2023 is modified so far as in Para No.6(b) is concerned the 2nd and 3rd petitioners shall report before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Pulianthoope Range, Chennai on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

4. Fresh order copy to be issued to both the parties.
