O R D E R
This Petition has been filed to accept the cause title of the respondents 2 to 3 in the above contempt petition in Cont.P.(Sr).No.61002 of 2024. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to confine this Contempt Petition against the first respondent alone and not pressing this petition against the respondents 2 & 3. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.As against the present first Respondent and the Executive Engineer, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, an order of ad-interim injunction has been passed in CMP.Nos.1992 and 1994 of 2024 in A.S.No.64 of 2024 on 21.02.2024. Now the present application has been filed by adding two more parties i.e, Rukmani and Yuvaraj, who are wife and son of Kanniappan. Since they are not 2/4
parties to the proceedings in CMP.Nos.1992 and 1994 of 2024 in A.S.No.64 of 2024, they cannot be impleaded as parties in the contempt proceedings. It is open to the petitioner to agitate the matter in the manner known to law. 4.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Application is dismissed.
