(PD) No.2926 of 2017 C.R.P.(PD) No.2926 of 2017 V.BHARATHIDASAN.J., This court, by order dated 08.10.2018 disposed of the above said revision petition with a direction to the court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.5166 of 2016 within a period six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. At the request of the learned XIX Addl. Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, by way of letter dated 26.11.2019, seeking extension of time to dispose of the suit, this revision petition is listed again before this court for appropriate orders.

3. I have gone through the said letter and also heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. This court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for extension of time. Accordingly, further three months time is granted to dispose of the suit.
