ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the Respondent herein in his proceedings dated 08.10.2019 rejecting the Petitioner's application number 1000197502 in User IDUSRB197496 for the Common Recruitment for Grade II PC, Grade II Jail Warder and Fireman for the year 2019 and quash the same and allow the Petitioner to participate the selection process if he is otherwise qualified, within a fixed time frame. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the Respondent permitted the Petitioner to rectify the mistake and accordingly the Petitioner also rectified the same and consequently the result of the Petitioner was declared and he was also permitted to participate in the next stage of selection process.

3. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that the direction as sought for in the writ petition has been complied with by the Respondents and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, nothing survives further for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
