Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to make necessary entries in the concerned Register Book so as to appear the same in the Encumbrance Certificate relating to FIR No.14 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023 for the offences under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 and 506(i) IPC with regard to the land comprised in S.No.263/2 measuring an extent of 1.46 cents of land situated at Pinjivakkam Village, Tiruvallur District based on the recommendation made by the second respondent to the first respondent dated 17.04.2023.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to make necessary entries in the concerned Register Book so as to appear the same in the Encumbrance Certificate relating to FIR No.14 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023 for the offences under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 and 506(i) IPC with regard to the land comprised in S.No.263/2 measuring an extent of 1.46 cents of land situated at Pinjivakkam Village, Tiruvallur District based on the recommendation made by the second respondent to the first respondent dated 17.04.2023.

2. It is seen from the records that, the dispute regarding illegal transfer of property which was registered before the first respondent office. Therefore, this Court is unable to entertain this petition, as the dispute alleged by the petitioner is purely civil in nature and it is for the petitioner to workout his remedy before the competent Civil Court in the manner Pg.Nos.2/4

known to law.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
