This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the learned Judge, Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, on 22.09.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22368 of 2022 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
